What I love about Nigella is that her recipes are always about delicious, comforting food that anyone can cook. Everything is clear to follow, with notes on preparing ahead and storing, and photos to get your mouth watering! Favourite recipes include the No-Churn Bourbon Salted Caramel Ice Cream (so so easy and impossible not to finish in one go!) and Slow Roast Pork Shoulder (nothing beats coming home to have dinner cooked and filling the flat with gorgeous smells!). I can see myself reaching for this book lots over the next few months.
