Συγγραφέας

Η Τζότζο Μόις γεννήθηκε το 1969 και μεγάλωσε στο Λονδίνο. Αφού έκανε διάφορες δουλειές, όπως δακτυλογράφος στο σύστημα Μπράιγ, σπούδασε στο Royal Holloway and Bedford New College του Πανεπιστημίου του Λονδίνου. Το 1992, παρακολούθησε σεμινάριο δημοσιογραφίας στο City University με υποτροφία της εφημερίδας "The Independent", για την οποία εργάστηκε για δέκα χρόνια ως βοηθός συντάκτη και ως ανταποκρίτρια σε θέματα πολιτισμού. Από το 2002, όπου εκδόθηκε το πρώτο της μυθιστόρημα, ασχολείται αποκλειστικά με τη συγγραφή. Ζει σε ένα αγρόκτημα στο Έσεξ με τον άντρα της και τα τρία παιδιά τους.
