Συγγραφέας

Η Εύα Μονοχάρη είναι food lover και food blogger από το 2007, όταν άφησε το επάγγελμα της παιδαγωγού και επικεντρώθηκε στη διαδικτυακή μαγειρική, δημιουργώντας το blog Funky Cook. Από τότε μέχρι και σήμερα μαγειρεύει διαδικτυακά, όπως θα μαγείρευε για την οικογένειά της και για τους φίλους της, και αυτό το μοιράζεται μέσα από συνταγές, μικρές αληθινές ιστορίες και φωτογραφίες. Τα εποχικά υλικά, η εντοπιότητά τους, η θρέψη, ο υγιεινός τρόπος διατροφής αλλά και τα ταξίδια είναι βασικά στοιχεία της έμπνευσης στην κουζίνα της, σε καθημερινό επίπεδο. Από το 2017 έχει τη δική της στήλη «Το καθημερινό τραπέζι» στο περιοδικό Olive Magazine και από το 2023 στο περιοδικό «ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΚΟΥΖΙΝΑ» ως αρθρογράφος, food stylist και φωτογράφος. Το 2020 επιμελήθηκε το δίγλωσσο βιβλίο MY GREEK VEGAN FOOD. Αυτό είναι το πρώτο της βιβλίο.
