THE BUTTON BOOK

Nicholls, Sally

Εκδότης Andersen Press , ISBN 9781783447749

Here's a button. I wonder what happens when you press it? From a singing button to a tickle button, from a rude sound button to a mysterious white button, there's only one way to find out what they do... A remarkable adventure powered purely by imagination, where the sounds, songs and play are completely up to you and whoever you're sharing this wonderful book with.

This picture book will take you on a magical journey of colour, imagination, and play with a wind-down bedtime ending (unless you're asked to read it again). "The last one is a sleep button. Good night, children.

More confirmation that children's book creators are unsung geniuses." New York Times

Συγγραφέας

Sally Nicholls was born in Stockton-on-Tees, just after midnight, in a thunderstorm. She spent most of her childhood trying to make real life as much like a book as possible. Her first novel, Ways to Live Forever, won the Waterstones Children's Book Prize in 2008 and in 2015 her novel An Island of Our Own was shortlisted for the Costa Children's Prize, Guardian Children's Book Prize and UKLA Book Award, and won the Independent Bookseller's Week Book Award. Sally lives in a little house in Oxford with her husband and son, writing stories, and trying to believe her luck. More books by Sally Nicholls More books by Brett Helquist
